The complex is a lot of families and grad students. This is a bus that only runs once per hour (twice at busy times), though, so it can be worth the walk to the 30 route for more flexibility. It's a 12 minute bus ride to the law school, and the 32 bus stops right outside the complex. But it is well-maintained, clean, and quiet. The only reason it gets a nine and not a ten is that the buildings are a little older and so it's not the most luxurious place in town. We've lived in the same apartment at Gaslight Village for our entire time in Ithaca (two years total).
